Imipenem

亞胺培南

Mechanism of action:

Imipenem 是一種 β-內醯胺類抗生素（β-lactam antibiotic），屬於碳青黴烯類（carbapenem）。Imipenem 的 β-內醯胺（β-lactam）環可與細菌的青黴素結合蛋白（penicillin-binding proteins，PBPs）結合，抑制其轉肽酶（transpeptidase）活性，使肽聚醣（peptidoglycan）鏈無法交聯，最後細胞壁結構脆弱，因滲透壓而讓細菌破裂死亡。
