Imiquimod

咪喹莫特

Mechanism of action:

Imiquimod 是一種類鐸受體-7（Toll-like receptor 7，TLR7）的促效劑。Imiquimod 作用於樹突細胞、巨噬細胞等免疫細胞內的 TLR7，該受體專門辨識單股 RNA 病毒訊號。TLR7 被 imiquimod 活化後，會啟動 MyD88 依賴性訊息傳遞路徑，促進多種免疫與抗病毒相關細胞激素的產生，包括干擾素-α（IFN-α）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、介白素 IL-6、IL-12。
