Infliximab
英夫利西單抗
Mechanism of action:
Infliximab 是一種嵌合型單株抗體（chimeric monoclonal antibody，鼠/人嵌合），專一性靶向腫瘤壞死因子 α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）。Infliximab 可與可溶型與膜結合型 TNF-α 結合，阻止 TNF-α 與其受體 TNFR1、TNFR2 結合，可阻止下游多條發炎訊息傳遞路徑被活化，降低 TNF-α 介導的發炎相關訊號傳遞。
