異氟烷
Mechanism of action:
Isoflurane 是一種鹵化醚類(halogenated ether)衍生物。Isoflurane 可正向調節 GABA_A 受體與甘胺酸(glycine)受體,增加氯離子內流,使神經元產生超極化(hyperpolarization),降低神經元放電活性。Isoflurane 也抑制 NMDA 受體活性,降低突觸前神經傳導物質釋放,使神經網路整體興奮度下降。
