Isoflurophate

二異丙基氟磷酸

Mechanism of action:

Isoflurophate 是一種有機磷類膽鹼酯酶抑制劑(organophosphate cholinesterase inhibitor)。Isoflurophate 會與乙醯膽鹼酯酶(acetylcholinesterase)的活性位點形成穩定的磷酸化共價鍵,阻止乙醯膽鹼(acetylcholine)被分解,使乙醯膽鹼在突觸間隙濃度顯著上升。乙醯膽鹼累積後,會持續活化毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體(muscarinic acetylcholine receptor),導致瞳孔括約肌收縮,瞳孔縮小(miosis);睫狀肌收縮,增加房水外流,降低眼內壓。
