Isoproterenol

異丙腎上腺素

Mechanism of action:

Isoproterenol 是一種非選擇性 β-腎上腺素受體促效劑（non-selective β-adrenergic agonist），主要作用於 β₁ 與 β₂ 受體。Isoproterenol 能活化心肌細胞上的 β₁ 受體，刺激腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase），提高 cAMP 量，增加鈣離子進入細胞質，導致心肌細胞收縮，使心跳加快。Isoproterenol 也能活化 β₂ 受體，讓呼吸道平滑肌放鬆，導致支氣管擴張；讓血管平滑肌放鬆，使週邊血管阻力下降。
