Isotretinoin

異維A酸

Mechanism of action:

Isotretinoin 是一種 13-順式-視黃酸(13-cis-retinoic acid)衍生物。Isotretinoin 進入體內後,會在細胞內被轉換為多種活性視黃酸,包含全反式視黃酸(all-trans-retinoic acid)、9-順式-視黃酸(9-cis-retinoic acid)等。有活性的視黃酸會進入細胞核,結合於視黃酸受體(retinoic acid receptor)和視網酸 X 受體(retinoid X receptor),抑制脂質生成相關基因,使皮脂細胞脂質合成能力下降。
