Isradipine

Mechanism of action:

Isradipine 是一種鈣離子通道阻斷劑（calcium channel blocker），屬於二氫吡啶類（dihydropyridine）衍生物。Isradipine 與血管平滑肌細胞膜上的 L 型鈣離子通道（L-type calcium channel）結合，抑制鈣離子由細胞外流入細胞內，降低細胞內鈣離子濃度，導致血管平滑肌放鬆，使血壓降低。
