Kanamycin

卡納黴素

Mechanism of action:

Kanamycin 是一種胺基醣苷類抗生素（aminoglycoside antibiotic）。Kanamycin 會與細菌 30S 核糖體上的 16S rRNA 結合，會使核糖體錯誤解讀 mRNA 密碼子，導致轉譯無法執行或合成出錯誤、無功能的蛋白質，最終導致細菌死亡。
