Ketoprofen

Mechanism of action:
Ketoprofen 是一種丙酸類（propionic acid）衍生物。Ketoprofen 能抑制環氧化酶（cyclooxygenase），包含 COX-1 與 COX-2，阻止將花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉換為前列腺素（prostaglandin），降低前列腺素介導的發炎訊號、疼痛敏感化與發燒反應。
