Labetalol

拉貝洛爾
Mechanism of action:
Labetalol 是一種 α 與 β 腎上腺素受體阻斷劑(α/β-adrenergic receptor blocker),同時具有 β 受體阻斷作用為主、α₁ 受體阻斷作用為輔的特性。Labetalol 能阻斷心血管的 β₁ 受體,降低心跳速率與心肌收縮力,使心輸出量下降。阻斷 β₂ 受體,減少交感神經介導的血管與支氣管擴張作用,但在 labetalol 中此效應相對次要。Labetalol 也能阻斷 α₁ 受體,抑制血管平滑肌收縮,造成週邊血管擴張,降低全身血管阻力,使血壓降低。
