Ledipasvir

Mechanism of action:

Ledipasvir 是一種 C 型肝炎病毒（HCV）NS5A 抑制劑（NS5A inhibitor）。HCV 病毒的 NS5A 是一種多功能的非結構蛋白，會參與病毒 RNA 複製複合體的形成、病毒顆粒的組裝與成熟。Ledipasvir 與 NS5A 結合後，使其無法正常執行功能，進而同時抑制病毒 RNA 複製與病毒顆粒組裝。
