Letrozole

來曲唑

Mechanism of action:

Letrozole 是一種非類固醇型芳香化酶抑制劑（non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor）。芳香化酶負責將雄烯二酮（androstenedione）轉化為雌酮（estrone），以及睪酮（testosterone）轉化為雌二醇（estradiol）。Letrozole 抑制芳香化酶的活性後，會使體內雌激素濃度下降，進而降低雌激素受體訊號驅動的腫瘤增殖刺激。
