Levocetirizine

左西替利嗪

Mechanism of action:

Levocetirizine 是一種第二代 H₁ 受體拮抗劑（H₁ receptor antagonist），屬於西替利嗪（Cetirizine）的 R-對映異構（R-enantiomer）。Levocetirizine 可競爭性結合於週邊組織的 H₁ 受體，抑制組織胺（histamine）與其受體結合，從而減少組織胺所引發的過敏反應。
