Levomilnacipran

左旋米那普倫

Mechanism of action:

Levomilnacipran 是一種血清素-正腎上腺素再回收抑制劑（serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor），屬於米那普侖（milnacipran）的活性對映異構物（active enantiomer）。Levomilnacipran 主要結合並抑制正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter），其親和力高於血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter），使突觸間隙中正腎上腺素濃度上升，增加正腎上腺素介導的中樞神經訊號傳遞。次要結合血清素轉運蛋白，也能使血清素（5-HT）在突觸間隙中濃度上升，調節情緒與焦慮相關症狀。
