Liothyronine

三碘甲狀腺素

Mechanism of action:

Liothyronine 是一種甲狀腺素類荷爾蒙製劑，為三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（triiodothyronine，T3）的合成形式。Liothyronine 進入細胞後，與細胞核內的 TRα 與 TRβ 受體結合，形成受體-荷爾蒙複合體，之後結合至 DNA 上的甲狀腺素反應元件（thyroid hormone response elements），調節多種基因的轉錄，影響蛋白質合成與細胞代謝功能，提升基礎代謝率、促進碳水化合物、脂質與蛋白質代謝等。
