Liraglutide

利拉魯肽

Mechanism of action:

Liraglutide 是一種類升糖素胜肽-1 受體促效劑（glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist）。Liraglutide 藉由與胰島 β 細胞上的 GLP-1 受體結合，促進葡萄糖依賴性的胰島素分泌，同時抑制升糖素釋放、延緩胃排空並降低食慾，降低餐後與空腹血糖相關負荷。
