Lithium carbonate

碳酸鋰

Mechanism of action:

Lithium carbonate 屬於鋰鹽類（lithium salt）。Lithium 可抑制肌醇單磷酸酶（inositol monophosphatase）與肌醇多磷酸-1-磷酸酶（inositol polyphosphate-1-phosphatase），導致細胞內肌醇（inositol）回收減少，使 PIP₂ 轉變為 IP₃/DAG 的訊息傳遞可能下降，降低與躁症相關的過度神經興奮訊號。
