Losartan

氯沙坦

Mechanism of action:

Losartan 是一種血管張力素 II 受體阻斷劑（angiotensin II receptor blocker）。血管張力素 II 與 AT₁ 受體結合時，會引起強烈的血管平滑肌收縮。Losartan 則會拮抗 AT₁ 受體，使週邊血管放鬆，週邊阻力下降，血壓降低。
