Mechanism of action:
Loteprednol 是一種皮質類固醇（corticosteroid）。Loteprednol 進入細胞後，會與細胞質中的糖皮質激素受體（glucocorticoid receptor）結合，形成藥物-受體複合體並進入細胞核，提升抗發炎基因（如 annexin A1）的表達；抑制發炎相關轉錄因子（如 NF-κB、AP-1）介導的發炎基因轉錄。
