Loxapine

Mechanism of action:

Loxapine 是一種二苯並氧氮䓬類（dibenzoxazepine）衍生物。Loxapine 會阻斷中腦邊緣通路（mesolimbic pathway）中的 D₂ 受體，減少多巴胺過度活化。Loxapine 同時拮抗 5-HT₂A 受體，可影響多巴胺與血清素相關神經傳導，並在部分個體減少情緒與行為激動；其錐體外副作用風險仍需注意。
