Lutropin alfa

阿法黃體刺激激素

Mechanism of action:

Lutropin alfa 是一種重組的人類黃體成長激素（recombinant human luteinizing hormone）。Lutropin alfa 作用於卵巢卵泡中的卵泡膜細胞（theca cell），促進膽固醇轉化為雄性激素（如雄烯二酮，androstenedione）。產生的雄性激素會被運送至卵巢的顆粒細胞（granulosa cell），在濾泡刺激素（FSH）的刺激下，經芳香化作用（aromatization）轉換為雌二醇（estradiol），使卵泡能正常成熟。
