Maraviroc

馬拉韋羅

Mechanism of action:

Maraviroc 是一種 CCR5 受體拮抗劑（CCR5 antagonist）。Maraviroc 會與細胞膜上的 CCR5（C-C chemokine receptor 5）結合，改變其構型，使其無法被 HIV-1 的外殼醣蛋白 gp120 辨識。這讓病毒無法進入細胞，因此無法複製。（對使用 CXCR4 作為輔助受體的病毒株作用有限）
