Mecasermin

美卡舍明

Mechanism of action:

Mecasermin 是一種重組的人類胰島素樣生長因子-1（recombinant human insulin-like growth factor-1）。Mecasermin 與細胞表面的 IGF-1 受體結合，啟動受體自我磷酸化（autophosphorylation），進而活化下游訊號傳導路徑，如 PI3K-Akt 與 MAPK。這些訊號共同促進骨骼、軟骨與其他週邊組織的生長。
