Mesoridazine

美索達嗪

Mechanism of action:

Mesoridazine 是一種啡噻𠯤類（phenothiazine）衍生物，為硫利達嗪（thioridazine）的主要活性代謝物。Mesoridazine 會阻斷中腦邊緣通路（mesolimbic pathway）中的多巴胺 D₂ 受體，降低多巴胺過度活化，從而降低與多巴胺過度訊號相關的精神病性症狀表現（如幻覺、妄想與思考紊亂）。
