Methocarbamol

美索巴莫

Mechanism of action:

Methocarbamol 是一種中樞作用型骨骼肌鬆弛劑（centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant），屬於胺基甲酸酯類（carbamate）衍生物。Methocarbamol 的確切機制尚不清楚，但被認為可抑制脊髓與腦幹層級的多突觸反射活動，減少肌肉痙攣。Methocarbamol 不直接阻斷肌肉收縮機制。
