美索比妥
Mechanism of action:
Methohexital 是一種巴比妥類(barbiturate)衍生物。Methohexital 可結合於 GABA_A 受體的巴比妥結合位點,增強抑制性神經傳導物質 GABA(γ-aminobutyric acid)的作用,會 延長氯離子通道(chloride channel)的開啟時間,使更多氯離子流入神經元,導致細胞膜產生明顯的超極化(hyperpolarization)。
