Miconazole

咪康唑
Mechanism of action:
Miconazole 是一種咪唑類(imidazole)衍生物。Miconazole 能抑制黴菌的羊毛甾醇-14α-脫甲基酶(lanosterol 14α-demethylase,CYP51),該酵素負責將羊毛固醇(lanosterol)轉化為麥角固醇(ergosterol)。當此步驟被阻斷,黴菌的細胞膜結構會變得不完整,且羊毛固醇因為無法轉化而不斷堆積,引起毒性,最終讓真菌生長受抑或發生細胞損傷。
