Midodrine

Mechanism of action:

Midodrine 是一種選擇性 α₁-腎上腺素受體促效劑（selective α₁-adrenergic agonist）。Midodrine 是前驅藥，在體內被水解為主要活性代謝物 desglymidodrine。Desglymidodrine 會活化小動脈與靜脈平滑肌的 α₁ 受體，引發血管平滑肌收縮，使全身週邊阻力上升，提升血壓。
