Mifamurtide
米伐木肽
Mechanism of action:
Mifamurtide 是一種胞壁醯三肽（muramyl tripeptide）類似物的脂質化衍生物。Mifamurtide 會被吞噬細胞（如巨噬細胞，macrophage）攝入並結合到 NOD2（nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain 2）受體，隨後會啟動 NF-κB、AP-1 等免疫相關調控路徑，增強巨噬細胞與嗜中性球的活性。
