Mifepristone

美服培酮

Mechanism of action:

Mifepristone 是一種孕酮受體拮抗劑（progesterone receptor antagonist），同時也具有糖皮質激素受體拮抗活性（glucocorticoid receptor antagonist）。Mifepristone 可高親和力結合孕酮受體（progesterone receptor），但無法啟動其生理功能，因此能阻斷孕酮受體訊號與其下游功能。Mifepristone 亦可高親和力結合糖皮質激素受體（glucocorticoid receptor），阻斷皮質醇的生理作用，但不影響皮質醇濃度。
