Miglitol

米格列醇

Mechanism of action:

Miglitol 是一種 α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制劑(α-glucosidase inhibitor)。Miglitol 能抑制小腸上皮細胞的 α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-glucosidase)、蔗糖酶(sucrase)、麥芽糖酶(maltase)、異麥芽糖酶(isomaltase)等。這些酵素負責將雙醣、寡醣及複雜碳水化合物分解成可吸收的葡萄糖。當這些酵素受到 miglitol 抑制,碳水化合物的分解變慢,葡萄糖吸收就會變慢。
