Miglitol
米格列醇
Mechanism of action:
Miglitol 是一種 α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制劑（α-glucosidase inhibitor）。Miglitol 能抑制小腸上皮細胞的 α-葡萄糖苷酶（α-glucosidase）、蔗糖酶（sucrase）、麥芽糖酶（maltase）、異麥芽糖酶（isomaltase）等。這些酵素負責將雙醣、寡醣及複雜碳水化合物分解成可吸收的葡萄糖。當這些酵素受到 miglitol 抑制，碳水化合物的分解變慢，葡萄糖吸收就會變慢。
