Mirabegron

米拉貝隆

Mechanism of action:

Mirabegron 屬於 β₃-腎上腺素受體促效劑（β₃-adrenergic agonist）。當 mirabegron 活化膀胱逼尿肌上的 β₃ 受體，會啟動 Gs 蛋白-cAMP 訊號途徑，促進逼尿肌放鬆，減少逼尿肌過度收縮（detrusor overactivity）。
