Misoprostol

米索前列醇

Mechanism of action:

Misoprostol 是一種前列腺素 E₁（prostaglandin E₁）衍生物。Misoprostol 會與胃腸道的前列腺素受體 EP3 結合，增加胃黏膜的黏液與碳酸氫鹽分泌；與子宮平滑肌肉上的前列腺素受體 EP2、EP3、EP4 結合，增加子宮平滑肌收縮力、增加子宮頸軟化與擴張。
