Mitotane

米托坦

Mechanism of action:

Mitotane 是一種雙對氯苯基三氯乙烷（殺蟲劑 DDT）相關的衍生物。Mitotane 會蓄積於腎上腺皮質，尤其是束狀帶（zona fasciculata）與網狀帶（zona reticularis），造成粒腺體破壞、膜結構解體、類固醇生成細胞壞死等，因此直接破壞腎上腺皮質，使皮質醇（cortisol）與其他類固醇生成下降。
