Mivacurium

Mechanism of action:
Mivacurium 是一種苄基異喹啉鎓類（benzylisoquinolinium）衍生物。Mivacurium 會競爭性阻斷運動終板（motor end-plate）上的菸鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體（nicotinic acetylcholine receptor），阻止乙醯膽鹼作用，使動作電位無法產生，造成骨骼肌放鬆。
