Molindone

嗎茚酮

Mechanism of action:

Molindone 是一種吲哚酮類（indolone）衍生物。Molindone 主要拮抗中腦邊緣通路（mesolimbic pathway）的多巴胺 D₂ 受體，降低過度多巴胺訊號所造成的異常突出感（aberrant salience），從而減少妄想與幻覺等。
