Montelukast

孟魯斯特

Mechanism of action:

Montelukast 是一種選擇性半胱胺白三烯 1 受體拮抗劑（selective CysLT₁ receptor antagonist）。Montelukast 能競爭性抑制白三烯 LTC₄、LTD₄、LTE₄ 在呼吸道平滑肌與免疫細胞上與半胱胺白三烯 1 受體（ CysLT₁ receptor）結合，減少白三烯引起的支氣管收縮、呼吸道水腫、黏液分泌等。
