Mosapride

Mechanism of action:

Mosapride 是一種 5-HT₄ 受體促效劑（5-HT₄ receptor agonist）。Mosapride 主要作用於腸胃道神經叢（enteric nervous system）的 5-HT₄ 受體，刺激腸道神經末梢釋放乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine），之後促進平滑肌收縮，增加下食道括約肌張力，增加胃前庭與十二指腸的協調收縮。
