Mycophenolate

黴酚酸酯

Mechanism of action:

Mycophenolate 是一種肌苷酸脫氫酶抑制劑（inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase inhibitor），屬於麥考酚酸（mycophenolic acid）衍生物。Mycophenolate 能抑制肌苷酸脫氫酶（inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase），阻斷單磷酸黃苷（xanthosine monophosphate）的合成，因此抑制了單磷酸鳥苷（guanosine monophosphate）的合成。這對於免疫反應中需要迅速增生的淋巴球有抑制作用。
