Nalbuphine

納布芬

Mechanism of action:

Nalbuphine 是一種鴉片類藥物（opioid）。Nalbuphine 為 κ-阿片受體（κ-opioid receptor）的促效劑，活化 κ-阿片受體可抑制脊髓背角的疼痛訊號傳遞等。Nalbuphine 同時也拮抗 μ-阿片受體（μ-opioid receptor），因此止痛效果不依賴 μ 受體。
