Naphazoline

萘甲唑啉

Mechanism of action:

Naphazoline 是一種咪唑啉類（imidazoline）衍生物。Naphazoline 能活化 α-腎上腺素受體（adrenergic α-receptor），主要為 α₁ 受體。例如 naphazoline 能活化血管平滑肌上的 α₁ 受體，造成血管收縮（vasoconstriction），減少局部血流量。
