Nebivolol
奈必洛爾
Mechanism of action:
Nebivolol 是一種第三代選擇性 β₁-腎上腺素受體阻斷劑（third-generation selective β₁-blocker）。Nebivolol 選擇性阻斷心臟 β₁ 受體，減少心臟收縮力，降低血壓、減少心臟負荷。Nebivolol 還能活化血管內皮細胞的內皮型一氧化氮合成酶（endothelial nitric oxide synthase），增加一氧化氮生成，使動脈與微血管擴張，降低外週阻力。
