Neomycin

新黴素

Mechanism of action:

Neomycin 是一種胺基醣苷類抗生素（aminoglycoside antibiotic）。Neomycin 能不可逆地結合於 30S 核糖體亞基，影響 mRNA 的正確解讀，導致錯誤胺基酸被摻入蛋白質，生成異常或無功能蛋白質。
