Nevirapine

奈韋拉平

Mechanism of action:

Nevirapine 是一種非核苷類反轉錄酶抑制劑（non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor）。Nevirapine 會與 HIV 病毒反轉錄酶的異位調節位點（allosteric site）結合，造成反轉錄酶構型改變，使其喪失酵素活性，導致無法反轉錄病毒的 RNA。
