Nicardipine

尼卡地平

Mechanism of action:

Nicardipine 是一種第二代二氫吡啶類鈣離子通道阻斷劑（dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker）。Nicardipine 能阻斷外週動脈血管平滑肌的 L 型鈣離子通道（L-type calcium channel），使鈣離子無法進入細胞質，導致平滑肌無法收縮，而讓外週動脈擴張，血壓下降。
