Nilutamide

尼魯米特

Mechanism of action:

Nilutamide 是一種非類固醇型雄性素拮抗劑（non-steroidal antiandrogen）。Nilutamide 的主要作用在於阻斷雄激素受體（androgen receptor）的功能，使雄激素受體無法活化，進而抑制促生長、抗凋亡、代謝、分化、侵襲與轉移相關基因的表達。
