Nimodipine

尼莫地平

Mechanism of action:

Nimodipine 是一種鈣離子通道阻斷劑（calcium channel blocker），屬於二氫吡啶類（dihydropyridine）衍生物，具有高度的腦血管選擇性。Nimodipine 主要作用於腦血管平滑肌細胞，阻斷 L 型鈣離子通道（L-type calcium channel） ，使鈣離子流入細胞質的量下降，導致血管平滑肌放鬆。
