Nintedanib

尼達尼布

Mechanism of action:

Nintedanib 是一種多靶點酪胺酸激酶抑制劑（multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor），屬於吲哚酮類（indolinone）衍生物。Nintedanib 可抑制 PDGFR-α/PDGFR-β、FGFR 1/2/3、VEGFR 1/2/3 等受體的酪胺酸激酶 ATP 結合位點，使這些受體失去活化功能，進而減少組織纖維化，並阻斷腫瘤微環境中的新血管形成（angiogenesis）、腫瘤增生與轉移能力等。
