Nirmatrelvir

奈瑪特韋

Mechanism of action:

Nirmatrelvir 是一種 SARS-CoV-2 3CL 蛋白酶抑制劑（SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease inhibitor）。SARS-CoV-2 進入宿主細胞後，會先轉譯出多蛋白前體（polyprotein），pp1a 和 pp1ab，需經由多蛋白前體上的 PLpro 與 3CL 蛋白酶在不同位置切割出具有功能的 16 種非結構蛋白（nonstructural protein），這些蛋白質參與病毒的轉錄、複製等。Nirmatrelvir 會結合在 3CLpro 的活性位點，阻止多蛋白被切割，導致病毒無法執行轉錄和複製。
